That has been intentional to be able to meet the needs of more clients while consistently offering lower rates and fees. Having worked in bank and mortgage lender settings, the last 10 years brokering with Talon Loans has provided the best benefit to my clients through many housing and mortgage market ups and downs.

Understanding how much that depends on mortgage financing is what led me to change careers and eventually relocate back to my hometown of Morgan. Over more than 15 years living back in the Morgan/Mountain Green area, I have participated actively with Morgan Chamber of Commerce. We have promoted local business activity and economic development, as well as supported or organized local activities, sports, schools and large community events. Other family interests include camping and recreating in the mountains and deserts of Utah on motorcycles, skiing, snowboarding, building and floating the Weber River with all of my 7 kids in cardboard boats, and finding the best street tacos.
